What’s the secret? When Jennifer was pregnant with her twins, she relaxed for the first six weeks before beginning to work out again. She trains thrice a week with Gunnar Peterson, doing 20-30 minute walks with varying sets of push-ups and lunges. The new mum’s diet consists mainly of fresh fruit, raw vegetables and protein at each meal, drinking plenty of water and avoiding red meat till she reaches her goal of 120 pounds. Considering her strict regimen (no late nights, alcohol or cigarettes), she’s bound to reach her goal quickly!
