Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston already living together

Miley Cyrus is said to be searching for her own apartment - but take that rumor with a giant hunk of salt.

The National Enquirer claims the 15-year-old tween mogul is already living with her 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston - in the Cyrus family home.

Gaston, an underwear model from Louisiana, was a finalist on "Nashville Star" when he met Miley's father, Billy Ray. Now the Enquirer claims that Papa Cyrus and his wife Tish apparently approve of their daughter's new boytoy so much that they're happy to have the couple bunking with them at their California estate.

"Justin is the guy Miley's parents see her settling down with a few years down the line," a snitch tells the tabloid. “He's handsome, talented, clean-living, goes to church and knows his Bible - a real catch."

Miley, who split last year from Nick Jonas, recently gushed to radio host Ryan Seacrest about how happy she is, but wouldn't confirm that she and Gaston were an item.

"Maybe, maybe not," Cyrus told Seacrest on air. "Right now, everything is, like, really good. I haven't really been answering the question much just because we're just really happy with everything and the way everything has worked out."

The Enquirer notes that, lest anything seem inappropriate, Gaston still keeps an apartment but spends most night at the Cyrus compound.

"Billy Ray wasn't born yesterday," a source close to the family tells the mag. "He figures the safest path to take is to keep Miley and Justin on a short leash - and under the same roof."

This from the man who once tried to make a mullet cool.

Miley's Older Boyfriend Justin Gaston

Age is just a number for 15-year-old Miley Cyrus and her 20-year-old beau, Justin Gaston.

"Everyone started judging us as soon as we started hanging out," she told Ryan Seacrest this morning on his KIIS-FM radio show.

"After my last two years, there's been a lot of things that happened. So I've learned just not to judge anyone and go into our friendship with an open mind and not really worry about the age or anything," Miley, who turns 16 on Nov. 23, continued.

"He's a really great Christian guy, which is awesome," she added about the underwear model.

But did she admit they're actually dating when she was grilled by Ryan?

"Maybe, maybe not," the Hannah Montana star giggled.

After Ryan said Justin was just too good-looking, Miley agreed. "That's what would be hard about dating him!" she said. "It's like, if anything ever happened, who are you gonna go to after that?"

As for when the young teen will be getting behind the wheel, Miley says she hasn't gotten around to actually getting her license.

"I'd like a car, but I've been too lazy to go take the stupid test," she fessed. So what kind of car will she be rolling in once she does get a license?

"I don't know right now, because my mom is being cheap. She's trying to get me in one of those Smart cars!" Miley complained. What she really wants is a Mercedes-Benz G-wagen.

Well, we are in a recession. But then again, it's safe to say the Disney teen queen can afford whatever car her little heart desires.

Katie Holmes and `All My Sons' debuts on Broadway

The curtain officially went up on Katie Holmes' Broadway debut Thursday as the revival of Arthur Miller's "All My Sons" made its much anticipated premiere.

After a month of previews, opening night was somewhat muted on a blustery New York evening.

A gaggle of reporters lined the red carpet while about 100 stargazers watched from the sidewalk, which was patrolled by at least 30 police officers.

As it did on the first night of previews, the group Anonymous again protested against Scientology, because Holmes is wed to its biggest icon, Tom Cruise. About 35 protesters carried signs reading "Run, Katie, Run" and chanted "Scientology kills" from a cordoned-off area down the block from the Gerald Schoenfeld Theater.

Joni Vitale and husband George drove up from Pomona, N.J. for three reasons: "Tom, Tom and Tom." But they were disappointed as there was no sign of Cruise, who attended the first preview and cheerfully called the production "extraordinary."

Among the celebrities strolling the red carpet: Patricia Clarkson (who played Holmes' mother in the 2003 film "Pieces of April"), Barbara Walters, Dennis Farina and Isabella Rossellini.

Rebecca Miller, the playwright's daughter, came to see the latest version of her father's play, which was first performed on Broadway in 1947.

"The thing about Katie Holmes is that she's so right for the part," said Miller, a filmmaker and wife of Academy Award-winning actor Daniel Day-Lewis.

Hollywood stars such as Julia Roberts and Sean Combs have in recent years tried their talents on the New York stage and brought huge buzz to their productions. Holmes' Broadway entree was no different; "All My Sons" was the highest-grossing play on Broadway in its first full week of previews, taking in $684,002.

Still, Holmes simply is a supporting player in the drama. "All My Sons" is about businessman Joe Keller, played by John Lithgow, whose factory supplied defective cylinder parts to the military, resulting in the deaths of 21 pilots during World War II. Diane Wiest plays Keller's wife; Patrick Wilson his idealistic son; and Holmes the son's fiancee and daughter of Keller's disgraced partner.

For theatergoer Marra Gad, the play was the thing — and a performer besides Holmes.

"I realize that people are really excited about Katie Holmes making her debut and obviously the stargazing that's going on, but Patrick Wilson is a remarkable actor and I'm thrilled to see him on stage again," said Gad. "I love theater, so I'm excited to see a show like `All My Sons' brought back to Broadway."

Producer Eric Falkenstein said the play is "ultra-relevant" considering the Iraq War, and praised Holmes and the cast.

"She was never difficult, always interested," said Falkenstein.

Referring to the media attention brought on by her celebrity, he added, "She handles it so well. The other cast members handle it so well."

Of course, the protesters had a different perspective. The mostly young demonstrators, many wearing masks like those in the film "V for Vendetta," said they wanted to save Holmes from Scientology. Anonymous is a group connected by the Web that protests monthly outside Scientology buildings.

"We're here to just protest Scientology in general," said 22-year-old Alex Vanino. "But our main focus right now is getting Katie out of Scientology. There's been news going around the tabloids saying she would like to get out. It's unverified, but it would be nice to encourage that."

Madonna and Ritchie to announce divorce

Madonna and filmmaker Guy Ritchie are to end their marriage after nearly eight years, British newspapers reported Wednesday.

Citing unnamed sources, The Sun and Daily Mail said the couple hoped to have a divorce finalized by Christmas. The Sun said that Madonna, 50, had wanted to wait until her latest world tour wraps up in Brazil in December before announcing the split.

The singer will perform concerts Wednesday and Thursday in Boston as her "Sticky and Sweet" tour continues.

Barbara Charone, Madonna's spokeswoman in London, declined comment on the reports. Ritchie's mother, Lady Amber Leighton, told reporters the family wouldn't be making any statement to the media.

This is the second time this year that the superstar couple's marriage has come under the media microscope. Over the summer, Madonna was linked — unfairly, she said — to the breakup of New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez and his ex-wife Cynthia.

In July, Madonna's U.S. publicist released a statement that said the singer and Ritchie had "no plans to divorce."

Madonna and Ritchie married in December 2000 at a Scottish castle. The couple have two children: Rocco, 8, and David Banda, 3, who was adopted from Malawi in 2006. Madonna also has a 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from her relationship with personal trainer Carlos Leon.

The couple are reportedly worth some $525 million, the bulk of that belonging to Madonna. Ritchie has an estimated $35 million fortune. They own homes in London, Los Angeles and New York, and a 1,200-acre retreat in Wiltshire, England.

Alan Kaufman, head of family law for London firm Finers Stephens Innocent, said he would be surprised if Madonna and Ritchie hadn't come to some arrangement before they were married.

Kaufman, who isn't involved in the case, also said he doesn't expect the case to end up in court because the couple would likely prefer to come to a private agreement both custodially and financially.

"They both had substantial assets and don't really need any money from each other," Kaufman said.

"This is not like the McCartney divorce," he said, referring to the acrimonious split between former Beatle Paul McCartney and Heather Mills earlier this year.

Angelina Jolie's breastfeeding public private moment

Is there something inherently hypocritical about the cover story in the new issue of W, which depicts a breastfeeding Angelina Jolie on its cover? The cover line accompanying the image promises exclusive "private photos," which apparently have been snapped by her baby daddy, Brad Pitt. Not surprisingly, the reaction to the photo has been mixed with some people lauding Brangelina for being open about breastfeeding, something still considered taboo in our nation's more puritanical circles, while others are crying foul that the "private" moments have been sold to the highest bidder and put on a national magazine cover -- the inherent hypocrisy mentioned earlier.

I'm typically one to cry, "Sell out!" pretty early with stuff like this, but this particular case made me think twice. Not only does the beautiful, natural photo of mommy and baby help dispel the antiquated notion that breastfeeding is anything to be ashamed of, it's also a case of an extremely famous celebrity couple taking control of their own image and spinning it in a positive way. I first thought about this last summer, when Pitt and Jolie sold the first photos of themselves with their babies to People magazine and the British tabloid Hello! for $14 million and gave the money to charity. Why let some stranger/stalker cash in on your own "private moments" and plaster photos all over the Internet that you have no control over?

In the same way, Pitt and Jolie (who caused a stir once before by simply wearing a visible white nursing bra underneath her tank top on the cover of People after the birth of daughter Shiloh, now 2 years old ) have now decided to share some tasteful, intimate photos of mommy breastfeeding her baby -- and given their history of doing these shoots, it's likely they will again donate the cash to a charitable cause. Not only does this allow them to promote the beauty and elegance of a mother breastfeeding her newborn child, it also helps feed the public's hunger for images of celebrity "private" moments with a classy, tasteful alternative to all the crotch-shots, nip-slips, and WTF celebrity shots littering sites like Perez or TMZ.

So what of these "private" public photos, PopWatchers? Do you think Pitt and Jolie are hypocrites or simply deciding what candid moments to share? Do you think it's a boost for breastfeeding, or just a way to help promote Jolie's new movie, Changeling?
