MTV have just released the promo for the 2009 VMA awards which will be held in New York on September 13th. Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Russell Brand, and Cobra Starship all appear in this parody of "West Side Story". What do you think if it? I LOVE IT!!!
